Hard to believe but says same on March 12th:

PH’s only face mask maker vows to raise production

Seems kinda weird tbh. Not sure what the explanation is or whether it's significant.

I used the search box on that page to look for ZC Top, TAM, Top Apparel Manufacturing, etc but haven't found anything.
