Burnttoast and Biomed... Both of you have pointed out that both the distributor and the hospital also need to make a profit... So the figures that Dr. Apostolescu may have been quoting could have been the cost to the end user?! The Patient? Okay, the cost for the filter, at least as it pertains to us, would be our price to the distributor or direct sale to hospital, $1000 each. That's not what the end user or the insurance company will ultimately see. My bad... I may have been overly concerned without thinking this through...
