yep thx..just caught it..in the filing it looks like they took back the 265 million restricted they had issued to a few folks back in 2018? . Looks like the new managing directors (if they are new) were both part of a company that likely went bust? no longer a website, twitter about abandoned...maybe they have something new in the works?
