That KERP doc is very telling.
If you look at the timeline, it's obvious that Visolis/LCY have been on the scene from day 1 and they are the stalking horse bidders. That first extract is clearly Visolis' LOI.

- July 12, the Kerp motion filed.
- July 16, PWC leaked PTT & Greenfield as bidders.
- July 22, KKR announced LCY BO.
- July 27, Eno 's PR
