Heres an example of a dinner they setup for Timberland executives late last year.

They are not "caterers" lol... They are experiential/marketing project managers for high end clients, putting on high end/creative events...

It seems they don't know what they are, either.

What were they? Take a gander here or here. That's what an experiential marketing company does.
