I get what you say but, that still does not answer who is keeping the stock price low? You are answering the "why" you believe it is down, but again "WHO" is responsible for keeping it down?

Who is controlling the day to day price movements up and down? It appears the "MARKET" has to be someone or something controlling its movement? Market Makers are doing this IMO.?
