It was plain as day what QSEP Management was doing once QSEP Shareholders who were footing the Real Estate Tax Bill for QSEP CEO's other Business and Building.
QSEP Shareholders would have had a better chance Investing in a 3 Card Monte Game with all QSEP CEO's...

INCONSISTENCIES tell the Real Story... The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
