You're right, LCY own the rights, the name, the website & all the trademarks. "Bioamber" will ride again in the not too distant future - however - it will be a completely different company with a complete newly appointed board of directors and completely different business registration. It will have zero to do with the "Bioamber Inc" that is now deceased which all the shares are attached to.
