Here we go again, now....on this BOARD,,,there is WRONG INFORMATION about ACCR. Here you go, I am NOT a crook, and demand a RETRACTION!

How DARE YOU!! I have not stolen anything. The PPP is in the ACCR CHECKING ACCOUNT for the WORLD TO SEE ERNIE! Why is ACCR scorned, and why does every post MISINFORMATION about ACCR?

Sorry, my feeling is you stole PPP funds that should have been given to an operating company with employees. A shell ticker in no way should have gotten those funds and the bank should be sanctioned for giving away taxpayer money to a shell company.
You, unfortunately, have caused some deserving company with actual employees to NOT get their PPP and that is wrong.
I will say no more on the matter - I just had to get that off my chest.
Best of luck getting ACCR all squared away, I'm sure it means a lot to you.

Unbelievable. Why do people always ASSUME things WRONG just like all the people respected from the DD BOARD. You too, huh, Ernie? I just cannot get a break CREEDE.

This ISSUER just puts up with all the countless LIES and FALSE INFORMATION posted about this ISSUER. I have known CREEDE for almost 15 years. I am the Director of a Public Company, and I applied as a PUBLIC COMPANY, and disclosed everything to my BANKER, and it is not illegal for a PUBLIC COMPANY that does not use their STOCK....see, you assume, that PATRICK is a seller of ACCR stock.

FALSE, FALSE, FALSE
.....information regarding ACCR.

Here is the TRUE INFORMATION regarding PPP:
Companies applying for coronavirus relief funds must certify that the loans are necessary and that they cannot tap other sources of funding, the SBA said.
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/04/23/us-issues-new-guidance-for-small-business-loans-to-make-it-harder-for-public-companies-to-get-funds.html

ACCR has ZERO and NO ACCESS to public funds.

I'll leave this board until further notice...

but yet with

Sorry, CREEDE....did not mean to mess up your AWESOME BOARD!

PATRICK
