This ISSUER has been banned AGAIN, for the 2nd TIME in 2 YEARS...BANNED FOREVER, from the DD BOARD.
.........just for trying to get HELP. CREEDE, just a question, Is this fair to ACCR, as an issuer just asking for help? I think they don't know all the answers.....lol. Patrick, believes that all the elders of that board, this is TRUE...they all didn't know what the expert market was. TENKAY, ZORAX, all these "experts" came to ACCR stating we were a SCAM!!

Read all the comments for ACCR starting on October 17, 2019 on iHUB! Go ahead...there was great shame and terrible information posted for an ISSUER. Not fair, but I dealt with it.

I DEALT WITH IT! Even that charter "swingingrichard" when I questioned VWAP. Come on....there is no VWAP trading in pennies. I, worked for BEAR STEARs, and there was a dept called PORTFOLIO TRADING, and they gave markets at the VWAP, and then traded around it to make prop trading profits off the CUSTOMER...this was 30-35 years ago, standard way of doing business at a major brokerage firm like BEAR!

No one wants to help this US DISABLED CITIZEN, and as a business...very real business...affected by Covid-19 and a stay at home order by our Governor still through May 28th, 2020.

Not fair, to this ISSUER, that sought help...and I was very polite, and yet I get banned? OK....this is a great system. And CREEDE...........they BANNED ME!!!!!

Did ONE OF THE ELDERS, on a public message board that the SEC needs to shut me down. OMG. This is the respect, as an ISSUER coming to a legendary board of the finest minds on Wall Street...and do I understand you correctly, that the SEC should shut down ACCR? Unbelievable did say it...I have done NOTHING wrong, except try to save my Company, and the SEC should shut us down?

Again, I want no harm to anyone. I am a gentle, loving, and very caring individual. This is PATRICK. I made a judgement call mistake in 2007. This was over 13 years ago. Why should the SEC shut me down? WHY? What have I done? ALL MY PRs ARE TRUTHFUL.... I would like to hear what the ELDERS of this board have to say...I am an ISSUER. This issuer is getting slammed character wise left and right...I don't know why.

Have any of you built a business on your own? I have been on commission my whole life. No one pays me a salary except ME, PATRICK. It is tough out there. ACCR just recently was approved for a PPP from SBA. I was very thorough, and we were approved. A public company ((MICRO CAP)) in need of help. I got it. So, financially....I see good cash clarity coming in, and I will donate my $50,000.00 so soon.....I am going to remove myself from all officer positions, and the Directorship too, once I find my REVERSE MERGER...a good clean Company with 2 years of PCAOB assets.

I have a fiduciary responsibility as an ISSUER to report, and like I told my FINRA examiner....."Listen, I do not REPORT TO YOU....I report to the SEC."

After those comments, and several others, only then did FINRA want to include ACCR in the daily list. I was treated unfairly, and would like my DD board to please help an ISSUER.
