That should be correct, when it was KLDK it had a pretty sweet share structure, 5.5M o/s and 2.5M float, but the Chinese did a 20:1 f/s, which really never made any sense to me at all. If your ownership % is low, in this case 53%, you would have been better off doing a share issuance to increase your ownership % and still keep the float low. If your ownership % is say 90%+ then a f/s makes more sense in order to increase the float, and improve liquidity IMO.

But this was always a fast moving 51M float, the few times it did get a little, tiny bit of volume, as there was only 200K held at DTC for a long time, the majority of the float was held in cert form by foreign seed investors I believe.

There is more at DTC now I'd imagine though, but no telling how much.
