Go bankrupt and shut shop completely

I am looking at partner or buyout as the debt they have incurred has been to discover an amazing drug and after 2 years we are seeing bigger bios looking for great potential cancer drugs to grow their pipeline. I think this fits the bill because they are already stage 3. That is a huge advancement. Yes , hoping management does not dilute and reverse split us , but can’t see why as I’m sure they have been on he market looking for a buyer for a while and maybe, just maybe finally found one. We shall know soon and this is just rational speculation that could be way off. However I’m holding tight as they definitely have a cancer product that is not so far from coming to market.
