So much for management looking out for Shareholders!! Those thieving snakes putting out that poison pill to stop anyone from aquiring too many shares to overthrow the management pretending to protect us Shareholders too remember that?? What a load of crap that was! Then they turned around and filled BK on a weekend and screwed us ?? all... With all that revenue and assets they had they shouldn't have been able to do that. And I venture to say a lawsuit should be filed challenging the validity of them filing BK in the first place! Doesn't anyone know a lawyer here that they can ask that question? I'm serious
