Let’s review the 5 Law firms ‘suing’ CYDY... shall we?

Glancy law is ‘investigating’ over 100 companies including Abbvie, Amgen, Alnylam, AT&T, Celgene, Credit Suisse Group, Halliburton, and many more... they are a class action law firm. How many of those lawsuits have actually come to fruition of any kind? Well, let’s take a look at their claim against Cytodyn:

“On April 27, 2020, CytoDyn issued a press release indicating it had submitted a "Biologics License Application ('BLA') to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for Leronlimab as a combination therapy with HAART for highly treatment experienced HIV patients." 
Then, on May 7, 2020, CytoDyn announced that its BLA for Leronlimab "will be considered completed after the clinical datasets are submitted on May 11, 2020."
On this news, the Company's share price fell as much as $0.225, or more than 7%, during intraday trading on May 8, 2020.”

What is their complaint? That the stock market went down 7%. Seems like a pretty flimsy and desperate reason to sue. LMAO!

LMAO! Every single one of the four law firms that have Cytodyn on their list of companies they are ‘investigating’ all have nearly identical language about suing because the stock price fell because the FDA requested more information and the stock price fell 7% as a result. Despite the fact it has risen over 300% since when the stock was at 0.29 cents. As if the stock market hasn’t dropped or rose much more than that. Additionally, a quick verification will show that the company filed the BLA when it claimed to. Good luck litigating a 7% loss in light of a 300% gain! LMAO!

Well, I don’t know about you, but that was a good laugh. These pathetic, money-hungry, sue for anything companies will try anything desperate to get THEMSELVES money. Who actually believes this stupidity?
