To state the obvious, if another chunk of compensation was the other part of the “Offer” it is required to be part of the definition of Offer.



If the obvious is always included in the documents please point me the Sections that clearly point out what Assignments/Assumed Agreements the bidder was going to assume? Where are the contracts, agreements, licenses, patents and other rights of the Company listed in Schedule B (the "Assumed Agreements")so that it is obvious and transparent what the Monitor was doing? Make sure you link Schedule B. I want to see what contracts got assumed! And then show us in the documents how those Agreements are in GOOD STANDING AND NOT IN DEFAULT! Links please.
