[122] Orders that PwC is released and discharged from any and all liability that PwC now or may hereafter have by reason of, or in any way arising out of, the acts or omissions of PwC whole acting in its capacity as Monitor of the Petitioners, save and except for ANY GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT ON PWC’S PART.

So i guess OSB is lying when they support a case opening against PwC. Do you know what OSB is all about?
