It doesn't make any sense to invest pre-ipo, imo

Wait 4 to 6 months post ipo, and buy at a 50%-70% discount to the pre-ipo offering if ya feel like you have to own a piece "High Times".

Or, better yet, wait until they do their first capital raise.

Have you looked at Harborside? This will be worse than the Harborside ipo.

How many canna companies are currently trading higher than their ipo price, 3 to 5 years later?

Add to this the new incoming CEO....he literally gets a 200% raise for diluting the company with a capital raise. Not to mention, this is the same guy who screwed over investors @ green growth brands with obscene amounts of debt & a costly irresponsible (takeover bid) for apha. This guy doesn't understand the term "fiduciary duty".

There nothing appetizing about getting in this pre-ipo.
