Sounds very WRONG to me. Read the 13 year old report correctly. Michael Gross and I agree that I,

1. Got busted for a stupid $50 NASD gifting rule. go look up the stupid rule i broke.

2. Got busted for my trade tickets....all ELECTRONIC and marked UNSOLICITED.....were not properly ticketed. Had nothing to do with with unauthorized trading...NOTHING....it had nothing to do with proprietary trading....NOTHING LIKE THAT! Read the other NASD Rule was just a ticketing/compliance event, and NOT AN OPERATION EVENT.

What else, do I need to clear up?

Just remember, TRADE TICKETs and the $50 old gifting Rule.....THAT IS IT!!!

For this, I negotiated a SIGNED DEAL with FINRA. PERIOD. Go ask my attorney for the NASD if he remembers what happened 13 years ago.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Listen to me...PATRICK is a changed MAN in 2020. I am broke. I am disabled. ACCR is a COST for me. I should just go visit the SE District for MICHIGAN the BANKRUPTCY DIVISION and file a petition for ACCR. I've already experienced DEATH for 11 years in ACCR....trades as low as $.000001 - I witnessed over the years. For me....ACCR died, and because of ME, and me only....it lives today.
