I'm sure they were aware of competition. But I don't think anyone could have planned for such a massive discontent between the legislative and executive branches of government on this. The FDA handling has been a failure. No coordination on farm bill. they didn't have an appointed director for 10 months of last year. And now Covid 19 is all consuming. The more that comes out the more we see the FDA has probably been consumed by that since January, maybe even December. Their director sailed through confirmation but that didn't happen until late December. It's the perfect storm.

This is a long term investment now. We know the catalysts. FDA supplement rules, drug program, uplist, fdm expansion. Until those happen we're along for the ride IMO.
