Imo OTCM is systematically working through all the CE tickers right now. Most (about 95%) are going to the Expert Motel (Market). A blessed few are going Pink. RYNL was one of the lucky few.

Might check out the thread I created to discuss what is happening and share DD on these G2P Stocks.

Also, all of the G2P tickers are on the thread, including the date they turned Pink.

That is just a concept at this point. Nothing has been decided upon and, as Janice indicated, they are subject to change their mind up to the very last second.

My hope is that these companies with either 1) get "grandfathered in" to any rules change and/or 2) Get current while there is still time so its nothing to worry about.

I will be a fun thing to watch unfold. Janice (and some other people who are very connected to regulatory issues) don't seem to think much will change in the end.

Again, will be an exciting thing to see unfold.
