And I'd say that is irrelevant towards ownership in 2018-2020. Naxos did not own BioAmber. BioAmber's shareholders did, and... they still "own" the dead, empty, bankrupt, liquidated, cashless, debt ridden shell "company" whose charter was revoked in the state of incorporation.

Oh well.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
