It’s possible the assets never got moved into the shell at the time the shell was purchased — like a failed reverse merger.
Thing is, if Reynoldos Mexican Food purchased the shell (and apparently they did) then it became the property of Wisconsin Cheese when they bought the company.
That would make this shell their responsibility.
For the longest it was virtually invisible since it was trading on the greys at .000001.
Not anymore. It’s exists and I’m sure we are not the only ones asking them about it.
What will they do now?
That’s the question in my mind.
