I'm surprised that Lord Jones made them only $2mln in 1st Q. I thought the brand was recognizable but apparently I was wrong..aren't they in Sephora? Not sure how many SKUs they have..
Anyway $300mln was absolutely crazy price that they paid for..
But when it comes to their valuation they do show over $1.1B cash and pile of assets (no idea what's included and if they are real) that gives them together $1.9B.. which is exactly their current MC at todays pps..
So I guess they trade at this pps because of their pile of cash and nothing else.
Btw. How come that they own Lord Jones selling CBD products and yet trade on Nasdaq? TLRY is another one.. with Manitoba .. talking about TLRY.. I haven't followed them for a while. I remember they did got also GRAS and were about to launch tinctures.. wondering if anyone knows how their sells are looking.
They paid a lot of Manitoba as well but it was probably better deal then Lord Jones.
