Where are all the nay sayers that insisted increasing shares was going to dilute the stock and referring to past experience when the sold shares immediately? "We have no plans for the increased shares currently". IMO, they sell shares after Q2 earnings and after they can get $4+ a share. You raise $ when no necessary! Likely some time between Mid-June and October!
