He also states all future divis will be in cash. Seeing how they came through on issuing this divi when they announced it, I have no reason to doubt what they are now saying.

I think the company should now make a statement that these future divis will be issued to shareholders of record as of the date of the announcement. That would take care of some of the MM games, flippers, and bashers once and for all. They would be forced to either put or shut up.
