Does anyone have guess why this is moving all of sudden. Maybe their technology is going to be (or is) used to track virus out breaks in the future??? A company called BlueDot developed tracking software for this exact purpose after the SARS break out and guess what they use following to track these issues:

2.) cell phone activity
3.) Geo positioning

Here is an irony about the USA. NO hospital in the USA subscribe to their services and the one mentioned in Canada was well prepared for the increased traffic they received from COVID-19.

These guys knew within minutes where, when and how fast the COVID-19 would spread using super computers and AI from the above sources

Could they know of and use VMSI software for item 3?

Intriguing thought at the very least.
