I am sorry you don't understand the hierarchy of securities or for that matter the statutes that govern their issuance and the remedies for stakeholders in these circumstances, but I have long since halted efforts to teach the unteachable. It will happen as it is supposed to, and you will feel cheated when it does, but as they say ignorance is no excuse and it is not up to me to convince you of anything. My knowledge base is secure and as far as I can tell, you really do not have one. Sorry for you coming disappointment.
