Gapping down....the company just keeps selling shares at .60-.65 thru purchase agreements...and that’s where we are headed....if there actually was a buyout, I doubt it would be for much more than the current price....in its current form, it belongs on otc as its losses are huge and it continually sells paper....it’s business model isn’t workable....

I’m not in, but there’s a good chance we see a gap fill in the future as company desperate to get above $1 again...shorts gotta cover sometime....they have until aug 24...
