I'm studying the implication of converting ACCR into a SPAC. I have done nothing wrong. I understand the implications of SOLICITED versus UNSOLICITED QUOTES....I do. It's better clarity as far as MM participant, but that is not my concern now.

Stability in ACCR or increases or decreases in Share price are always determined by the market---->NOT ME! We experienced the DEATH GREY MARKET for 11 years. I saw trades at $.000001....over the years....lol. We are in 2020 going through an SEC MODERNIZATION of 15c211.

My concern as Director, is to find a good deal, for my Shareholders. I'm coming into a good chunck of money....and I plan to donate my $50,000.00 as promised. I will. No other Director would do that....only me.

I have been only a buyer of ACCR since the 1990's. I legally per FL 2012 SENATE LAW 607.0702 in my pocket...maybe by chance? I think back,,,,and yeas, I have been LUCKY many times in my past.
