Shareholders were reveling in the PPS going higher and MM's were making a killing trading the stock.

What keeps tripping me up, and perhaps you can help me here, is how all of these people were deceived . . .? Everyone? Or did some of the MMs "know" that there was no test and no production capability? If so, are they the ones who reported this to the SEC so they could stop making obscene profits? Or maybe some of those shareholders who were reveling in their stock going higher and higher . . . maybe they reported the malfeasance to the SEC?

All these gullible investors, yet someone managed to see through it all and sniff out the BS and get DECN suspended by the SEC.

There was one very interesting group - those who dumped at the instant of the PR on 4/23. Now that is some incredible timing . . . and then, bam, suspended the next morning.
