It is assumed in this response that the above-quoted material refers to the DECN homepage. One might only surmise that any such action by Decision Diagnostics would further implicate them as intentionally attempting to inflate the share price of their nearly-defunct company. Further, it has already been noted here that the SEC and FCC have been notified about the aforementioned 'clip' so that may entail further scrutiny of a company already heavily scrutinized by Federal Authorities.
