Ref A+ offering through HighTimesInvestor.com . Shares are assumed to be $1.00 a share with a minimum of $550 required at this time. The share price reflects an already approved forward split of 11:1 and effective at the time of closing the offering. $11 a share was the original price of Reg A+ share offering.
