MYSZ--The $5.0 million offering at $1.10 took effect today and closes tomorrow.

The money is being utilized for an acquisition, of whom, it has not yet released. The stock has a 52 week high of over $15.00 and a 52 week low of .68 cents. This is a NASDAQ company with a very low float.

This equity was oversold yesterday and the offering is the only reason it has not already bounced back over $1.00. Company has great management and this can be a short--intermediate bounce play all the way back to $2.50.

Anyway that you look at it, the price will rebound back over the $1.50 range by this time next week, after that, reassess your goals.
