Draftkings started as an online gambling company which at the time was illegal in the united states up until 2020. But they did not address them self as a "gambling" company but rather a "gaming" company. They had a net loss of 142 million in 2019 after having a net loss of 76 mill in 2018. Draftkings has been accused of multiple things such as insider trading, fraud, negligence, and false advertising.

These are facts not opinions. So when I say robbins is laughing his way to the bank. I would say that it isn't an attack on robbins or anyone on this message board.
