I like what you have created here. It's very peaceful. I have known CREEDE going back probably 15 years or so, right buddy? I have to disclose, that I am an ISSUER, so all information about my Company ACCR have to have my disclosure, and all that no insider trading etc....OK? I was able to finally CLEAN UP our iBOX too CREEDE.
Otherwise, hot-digggggggidy-dog.....it's 50F and a BLUE SUNNY skies here in Grand Haven MI.
I started buying ACCR stock in 1990's. I have only purchased common stock, and I do not make any stock sales....PERIOD. My situation is very unique. It doesn't happen everyday.
I am on my knees, right now....praying CREEDE, that a MARKET MAKER,,,,will come here, and help me fill this out. I am asking a MARKET MAKER only:

So, what did I read,,,,,when the EXPERT MARKET was created in the Fall 2019, everything was changing...and really only attorneys in the Compliance dept's would know about upcoming changes, because us old EQUITY TRADERS...are dumb, right? At least I am.....lol.
Enough dribble...Any questions on how I became Director in 2012? I'm the ISSUER...just remember this please. Or,,,should we take about all this MACRO DEBT,,,being amassed by our Country...we just crossed....$25TRILLION IN DEBT.....yeah Baby!

I am going to go outside, for a while.....kick some dirt around, and think about my incoming good fortune.
I deserve it. I do have a question....CREEDE, all this money that I am donating to the ACCR bottom line will be reported in 10Qs upcoming to the SEC. Today, in 2020....we are having SEC MODERNIZATION of the RULE 15c211. These will be major changes upcoming. The reason why it is important for me to find a MM, is in case the SEC reverses its course. I think for now, the SEC is very favorable to good CLEAN access to the US Equity Capital Markets. I am starting to understand the major responsibility I will have donating my own money. You just gotta be good to your Shareholders. Period, that is all the SEC wants to make sure Investors are protected. Rules are changing everyday. Here read this VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENT!!!!!
