Kraig Biocraft Laboratories Inc (KBLB)

KBLB is clearly a scam.

They haven't delivered a single product to a customer in 10+ years.

Kim (the CEO) just uses the company as his personal bank account. He gives himself over $1/2 million / year and plenty of wonderful perks.

Here are some of KBLB's "accomplishments":

- KBLB announced "sale & scale" in 2015. IT WAS A LIE. Shareholders are still waiting.

- KBLB was supposed to deliver shootpacks (plural) to the Army in April 2017. They FAILED. They only delivered a handful of fabric swatches (about a year and a half late).

- KBLB was supposed to deliver 100 kilos of custom spidersilk fiber to the Army in Aug 2018. They FAILED. Nothing was ever delivered and the contract ended on a sour note.

- KBLB was supposed to seat the new Board of Directors back in the Fall of 2019. It never happened.

- KBLB was supposed to produce the 1st commercial production delivery back in January. They FAILED.

- KBLB was supposed to supposed to uplist to NASDAQ by Thanksgiving 2019. It never happened. If that failed, then they were supposed to uplist by this Spring. It is now the middle of the Spring and shareholders haven't heard ONE WORD about this.

KBLB only sells hopes and dreams.

Kim the magician is great at sleight of hand, but never delivers.
