Disturbing Article.... There's still so much graft and outright theft in so many places, this one got published but 99.9% goes unnoticed... but overall at minimum there's Tens of Billion$ maybe into the Trillion$ being grossly misallocated... often going to the very wealthy who don't even need any of it but their so self righteous and greedy so they just gobble it up... Who knew Brett Farve is /was one of those POS? Morally and Ethically he should return those funds (but he probably won't cause he's just too darn greedy)... but if he were to do so, hopefully return it to a trustworthy upstanding organization, not to those crooks running that rackett mis-administrating million$ left, right and center like there was no tomorrow. These administrators should be held accountable and All found guilty should be in Jail.. but then again they'll probably at the worst get a slap on the wrist.. most probably nothing at all, even though they, themself likely got a fair amount of monetary kickback, or something of substantial means. Heck if they're paid $50k-100k annually and are put in charge of administering that amount of money it's just crazy to think they're honest and upstanding Mega Million$ as they're stealing multiple X their salary... Hey that's free money... best job in the world.... money galore... but it's Dishonet to the core... this is what's wrong with this world... Greed. This all will likely end up just being swept under the rug.... Until it happens again and again.. it's just rinse and repeat slightly different performance.
