Gilead and the major Bio-Pharma have a stranglehold on the FDA.

Total nonsense! Efficacy is the ONLY relevant factor. Politics has nothing to do with this. If PLX-PAD is as good as it promises (based on early data), there's no force on earth that can hold it back. The families of patients will burn the FDA down before that happens.

Remdes. is utterly different, and it's benefit is marginal compared to what MSCs can do. Not to worry about that!

This is an administration that NEVER admit a mistake.

Most administrations don't!

However, I see no reason why Pluristem, or any other company producing a better therapeutic agent is something the administration would want to block. After all, the Trump administration is all about restoring our economy. Short of a vaccine, a drug that reduces the effect of Covid to a mild flu would be a God-sent.

In any case, I don't see why PLX-PAD's success is a "mistake" committed by the administration.
