To me looks like they are trying the same with spom cd prob done but not removing so insiders can buy more stock they want it set up in there favor so insiders own 80 ish percent of s/s and if so it should run hard when fillings start there has been nothing about c/d but the only ceo on otc board is liangjiang pang otc says they wont put a ceo on the board if the dispute is not finished there is no more bremmer on the the site so i would assume it is done why the c/d is not removed makes me think they dont want it pumped up by pumpers and move properly that is only my opinion
