Is it even legal for QMC to give away their best patents to QMVT.

The trick here was using it as collateral for a "losn" from QMVT.

Can they just make moves like that to basically get rid of the only thing of value so that share holders are left holding the bag while QMVT takes the IP and runs with it.

Watch POS Squires resurface at QMVT with @sswipe Paul shortly after he fails QMC.

Or do shareholders of QMCC get to reap all the benefits of QMVT if they are successful as they plan to move forward.

Not a chance. The company is pinksheeted by POS Squirez so you can't see the severity of his "deals".

Seems criminal to me if it is planned that way, so I am not really sure what is happening here.

It didn't happen by coincidence.

I do know I had another penny stock that sold their primary tech without needing shareholder approval and it went from 30 cents to sub penny over night, Law suits were filed but when it was all said and done the company paid a fine and shareholders didn’t get a penny.

Sounds like that is where is is heading. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
