There is no connection between Doki & Shemn Corp. According to Sam Mathew, Contact person on press release.

Just received a response from Sam Mathew. The Shemn Corp signing was an error, it should say Clancy Systems. The error went unnoticed by EDGAR and Scott Kline.

I can see a possible explanation since Scott Kline works with both Clancy Systems and Shemn Corp.

Typo that neither our lawyer nor the EDGAR filer caught. Its not a material error so no need to amend.

Crazy about all that stuff with the name and meanings...
