They have a list of lawsuits ranging from insider trading, fraud, negligence, false advertising, business malpractice. The list goes on and on, rather than address the lawsuits they just ignore them. DFS is what Draftkings made their name off of while no other competition got in because online sports gambling was/is illegal.

Draftkings has had a ten year jump on every other company in the sports gaming market in America. I think its scary that a company can just ignore American laws and do whatever they want. MLB got a lawsuit against them for partnering with draftkings. Dumb move by Penn.
