I just don’t get these “ceos” who run these pink sheets. They have preferred shares and massive profit potential but they just sit and do nothing with it. Like you said, why bend over backwards to keep it current and continue to do NOTHING.

I tried reaching out to him on linked in. I said at the very least, acquire a revenue generating asset. Something that is already bringing revenue in so it at least has some promise and some activity report.

Take the shares a do a toxic loan, and buy some income properties and or buy music royalties. He could buy stable coins and use a third party to lend them out earning 10% apr!
