1. Decision Diagnostics has submitted at least one EUA request to the FDA for a COVID-19 rapid diagnostic test using Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy.

2. Validation testing is being done now.

3. Berman (like many of us) needs a haircut and a trim!

4. The SEC suspension of DECN stock will terminate May 7, 2020 at 11:59 pm.

5. The company has recently received good publicity in New York - the U.S. epicenter of the pandemic, the home of our financial deities, and within a short distance from Washington, D.C.

6. The company is in negotiation with potential partners to handle the potential massive demand.

7. There is no shorting on Grey Markets - where this will open on Friday morning.
