Yeah, these posts are littered with who thought what about whom, when and where.

Some of us "thought" Berman was providing first-look forecasts of potential sales

Some of us "thought" companies are allowed to adjust forecasts based on updated data/modeling (whether or not potential investors are aware of said data/modeling).

Some of us "thought" investors should know to be wary - caveat emptor - what's the mantra "do your own DD"?
