I'm over 3 years into this----Here's the problem---"Proneura" implant with the drug buprenorphine--(also sold as "Subutex")--has a very DISMAL attraction to junkies. Buprenorphine---which is also called Subutex by another Pharma, is now beng sold by at least 2 other Pharmas. WHY????--you'd have to ask the mngt at TTNP (some kinda deal ????)----Also---"Pronuera" (under skin inplant {subcutaneous} ) is being used by other Pharmas---It's supposed to be a TTNP patent.---Why???---Ask the mngt at TTNP. MARC & SUNIL (CEO & mngt at TTNP) Have shown hostility to Braeburn, and apparently other Pharma companies that would appear to be interested in acquiring TTNP. They do not "get along" with other business people of their "ilk".---Soooo---This means NO BUYOUT in order, as nobody wants to have to put these jerks to work in a new position at a newly acquired TTNP, and Marc & Sunil would most likely want to "stay on". Marc & Sunil are getting 1/2 mil$ salaries (and more now) and will milk this thing until the $ runs out & do a Chap.11. This is now a paycheck generating operation. What does TTNP have to offer now to a buyout prospect ????????????????????? Molteni in Italy & Knight in Canada have shown dismal earnings reported.
