ABSOLUTELY!!! Hundreds of companies listed on the OTC do not have a publicist! I could provide a list of a dozen in ten minutes!

Wanna know why these companies do not have a "publicist"? Because many of these slugs are overseen by ego-driven buffoons that think they are smarter than eveyone else, so ego-driven buffoons do the "job" themselves! Like the Berman PR's, the PR's are written by the CEO and the company contracts with a service to distribute the PR's. Plus, a high number of the Pinkies are scams, showing zero business activity, and generate no money to pay a publicist!
