Then why is the SEC accusing them of using it?

"and (ii) DECN’s sales forecasts for the COVID-19 test kit that up to 525 million test kits would be sold in the first year of production"

Looks like a colossal mistake on the part of the SEC . . . inaccurate language . . . no?

At this point, this component of the argument is simply "straining out a gnat" . . . as I'm confident that IF the test is validated by a lab and then authorized by the FDA, hundreds of millions will be sold as fast as they can be produced and shipped. What else will silence the shrillity of the ever-escalating death "projections" and economic devastation by all media sources?
