This POS IS NV_FILED_CORP = EASY SEC SUSPENSION !

Their corp structure is registered and filed in NV, which makes it just that much easier to get this steaming pile SEC SUSPENDED as a COVID-19 TOTAL FRAUD - let alone they're already DELINQUENT and thus on a SEC/FINRA "watch list" already.

Delinquent trash as bad as this SHOULD NOT RUN SCAMS as this pile of sh#t is doing- as the SEC needs very little "more" then to suspend the stock and send them to the gray sheets. They're already non-compliant and thus known basically to be a scam to the SEC. They have no business being public traded.

It's VAPOR-WARE Inc. A textbook 101 share printing mill and toxic debt dilution machine designed to enrich only a tiny few insiders and do nothing more. OTC-ville to the dirty tee.

Gonna send this dead horse to the glue factory real quick like - watch.
