SEC's contention that 525,000,000 kits between August 2020 and March 2021 is utter BS.

As you know, the SEC contended no such thing. The SEC's allegation was "up to 525M," which is easily defeated by selling one unit.

"and (ii) DECN’s sales forecasts for the COVID-19 test kit that up to 525 million test kits would be sold in the first year of production."

Looks to me like the SEC was giving DECN an out here. Maybe they were obeying the demands of their handlers, but were crafty enough to let DECN have an escape?
